Our Parish Hall is available to rent for weddings, Quinceaneras, Bridal Showers, Wedding Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, and other special occasions. Pricing, capacity, and other iniformation is provided below and is intended to help you determine if you wish to celebrate your event here. Capacity: Our Parish Hall seats 300 people at the tables. There is a maximum of 500 people permited in the hall.

Time: All rentals are for a period of four hours concluding no later than 11pm. The building must be vacated and locked one our after the conclusion of the event. There is a four-hour allowance on the same day for decorationg, caterer, cake delivery, and DJ set-up, unless the event is scheduled before noon.

Kitechen Use: All food prepared b y caterers, family, friends, etc. is expected to be brought to St. Ann ready to serve. Kitchen equipment, such as dishwasher, stove, food warmer or any other appliance may not be used.

Sunday through Thursday: $400
Friday: $600
Saturday: $800

Damage Deposit: $500
Diocesan Insurance Fee: $500
Security Fee: $40/hour (Note: Security should be provided by Burleson Police Department at the renter's cost. If alcohol is served, a designated TABC certified bartender shall be appointed by user, who shall see that no underage person is served alcohol, nor that anyone is served alcohol that the designated bartender considers intoxicated. No BYOB. Alcohol constitutes beer and/or wine. No alcohol may be served at any event honoring a minor.

Cleaning Fee: $100
(Note: User and/or family may choose to clean the facility in lieu of paying a fee. Cleaning includes, but is not limited to, wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping the floors, emptying trash cans, and spot moping.)

Audio Visual: $100/3 hours, plus $50 per additional hour.

Note: Diocesan location has a right at any time to stop an activity or take possession of the facility before expiration of aforesaid closing time at the sole discretion of Diocesan Location as represented by a member of its staff.
